Desiccated Coconut

Coco Hitech desiccated coconut meets export standards for demanding markets and is available in a full range of sizes: Fine, Medium, Coarse Medium, Chips, and Flake.

Coconut Milk Powder

Coco Hitech coconut milk powder can completely replace liquid coconut milk. It is long-lasting and easy to use, with fat contents available at 40%, 60%, and over 65%, depending on your needs.

Frozen Coconut Cream

Coco Hitech frozen coconut cream is made by directly pressing fresh white coconut meat, without any additives or mixing, ensuring the product retains its natural nutrients and authentic coconut flavor.

Organic Coconut Oil

Organic virgin coconut oil is coconut oil produced by organic methods and contains at least 70% of ingredients that are certified in according to organic standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Coconut Water

Coco Hitech coconut water is made entirely from pure natural coconut water, sterilized using modern technology and without preservatives, making it a refreshing and nutritious drink for everyone.

Cơm dừa sấy khô

Cơm dừa sấy khô Coco Hitech đạt tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu vào các thị trường khó tính, đủ kích cỡ: Fine (hạt nhuyễn), Medium (hạt trung bình) và Coarse Medium (hạt to), Chips (Dạng miếng) và Flake (Dạng sợi).

Bột sữa dừa

Sản phẩm bột sữa dừa của Coco Hitech có thể dùng để thay thế hoàn toàn nước cốt dừa, và bảo quản được lâu, dễ dàng với các sản phẩm có có hàm lượng béo phù hợp: 40%, 60% hoặc hơn 65%.

Nước cốt dừa đông lạnh

Nước cốt dừa đông lạnh Coco Hitech ép trực tiếp hoàn toàn từ cơm dừa trắng và không qua phối trộn bất kỳ loại phụ gia, đảm bảo giữ được những thành phần dinh dưỡng và mùi vị tự nhiên của dừa.

Dầu dừa

Cung cấp dầu dừa được chế biến từ 100% nguyên liệu từ dừa Bến Tre với các dòng dầu dừa nguyên chất và dầu dừa thô. Sản phẩm dầu dừa cao cấp phục vụ cho nhiều lĩnh vực, với công suất trung bình 50 tấn/tháng

Nước dừa Coco Hitech được sản xuất hoàn toàn từ nước dừa tự nhiên với công nghệ tiệt trùng hiện đại và không sử dụng chất bảo quản, là thức uống giải khát thanh mát và bổ dưỡng cho tất cả mọi người.

    Production Process

    Pioneering the Development

    of a Green and Sustainable Agricultural Value Chain

    Coco Hitech is committed to developing a sustainable value chain — from raw material sourcing to processing and sales. Our mission is to create happiness, balance, and added value for shareholders, employees, and local coconut farmers.

    Raw Material Connection

    At Coco Hitech, product quality is our top priority and core focus.

    Our factory is located right in Ben Tre’s coconut-growing area, known as the “Land of Coconuts,” with over 72,000 hectares of coconut plantations and an annual yield of more than 612 million coconuts.

    Coco Hitech partners with local farmers through organic farming practices to deliver high-quality products while ensuring the sustainable growth of coconut gardens.

    Harvesting

    Instead of using industrial machinery, each coconut is carefully hand-picked by local farmers to ensure premium quality.

    Only mature, high-quality coconuts are harvested to preserve the best flavor.

    Coconuts are mainly collected and transported by boat directly to the Coco Hitech factory.

    Pre-processing

    At Coco Hitech’s pre-processing facility, coconuts are sorted again to select only the best ones for production.

    The shells are removed for making coir fiber, coir nets, and coco peat, while the qualified husks are separated for coconut water extraction using a three-layer filtration system.

    The white coconut meat is peeled, washed, and processed into coconut milk, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, and coconut cream,….

    Processing

    All production stages are strictly monitored to ensure compliance with technical standards — including formulation, mixing, temperature, and machine parameters.

    The entire process is chemical-free, with no preservatives or additives used.

    Our closed-loop production system prevents external contamination, guaranteeing food safety and hygiene

    Quality Control

    Finished products are randomly inspected during production to detect and handle any potential defects promptly.

    Each batch that meets the required standards is stored for at least seven days (depending on the product) for the QC team to perform microbiological and quality testing.

    Products are only released for export once approved by the QC department.

    Storage

    Finished products are stored in a 10,000 m² warehouse, ensuring ample capacity for year-round storage

    After packaging, goods are quickly moved to the cold storage and loading areas, then transported by container to seaports for export.

    Coco Hitech products are now exported to over 30 countries worldwide, including some of the most demanding markets such as Europe, Korea, Australia, and Japan.
